United Legal Funding connects consumers who have pending legal claims with our third-party funding partner ("Funding Partner"), which underwrites and provides pre-settlement funding. When you submit an inquiry through this site, your information is shared with our Funding Partner so your request can be reviewed.

Information you provide. When you complete a form or eligibility quiz, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, state of residence, and details about your accident, injury, legal claim, and attorney.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage data, including IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the site, through cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about your inquiry from our Funding Partner, your attorney or law firm (with your authorization), advertising platforms, and analytics providers, and may combine it with information you provide.

We use your information to: review and process your funding inquiry and share it with our Funding Partner; communicate with you about your inquiry, including by phone, text message, and email; coordinate with your attorney regarding your case, with your authorization; operate, secure, and improve the site; measure and improve our advertising; and comply with legal obligations.

By submitting your phone number through this website, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and prerecorded or artificial voice messages from United Legal Funding and our Funding Partner regarding your inquiry, including through automated technology, at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of receiving funding. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages at any time, or HELP for assistance. You may also opt out of marketing communications by contacting us using the details in Section 15.

5. How We Share Information

We share personal information with: our Funding Partner, to review your inquiry and, if you proceed, to underwrite and service your funding; your attorney or law firm, to verify case details in connection with your inquiry; service providers that support our operations, such as website hosting, CRM, communications, analytics, and advertising platforms; and legal and regulatory authorities, where required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, users, or others. We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies from providers including Google (Analytics and Ads), Meta (Facebook Pixel), and attribution and analytics platforms to operate the site, measure traffic, and improve advertising performance. You can limit cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect site functionality. You can also opt out of personalized advertising through Google's Ads Settings and Meta's ad preferences.

7. Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no industry consensus on how to respond to these signals, we do not currently alter our practices when we receive them.

Nevada residents: You may direct us not to sell certain covered information (such as name, address, email, and phone number) by contacting us; we do not currently sell covered information as defined by Nevada law.

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

We do not conduct business with residents of the European Union or United Kingdom. If you are a resident of the European Union or United Kingdom, do not use this site.
